At Bloom Bowtique, each item is handmade and packed with care, and we take pride in ensuring every order is accurate and meets our quality standards. As a small business, we have a strict no returns, exchanges, or refunds policy.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size or fit
• Accidental purchase
• Shipping delays outside our control

Please be sure to check all product descriptions, size guides, and photos carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before purchasing — we’re happy to help!

Incorrect Item Sent

We check every order thoroughly, but in the rare case that you receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will happily make it right.
